Bought this to avoid having to bring out my full sized processor to make small batch recipes. This 3.5 cup is perfect for quickly rough chopping an onion, chopping fresh herbs, making sauces and dressings. And I'm just getting started using it for different applications, Very user friendly and clean up is a snap.

I wanted a smaller chopper and I am a kitchen aid lover. I have several products through
the years. I chose this one and it is fabulous. I have used it several times and it works like a charm. Do not hesitate to buy. My only thing is I wished I did not have to pay for a cute color. Small thing but I would have loved a pink one.

Bought this to replace a defunct mini chopper. Was a bit unsure of the larger size. Now cannot understand why. This unit is far more powerful that the old mini chopper, however does not have that much of a bigger footprint. Very happy with unit.

It's great. I had a large food processor with a lot of attachments that took up an entire cupboard and most of the parts were never used. I bought this one and gave the big one away as this new one does everything I need.

Sturdy and beautiful build. The directions on how to take the lid off could be more detailed. It took me a while to figure it out and you have to force it more than I thought originally. But when I finally got the lid off it worked as expected. If I could put my 2 cents in with the design team I'd ask them to tweak that part.

I'm in love with this little food processor, I've been using it since purchased about a month ago and so far meets my needs. Before I was buying other brands and to tell you the truth were very noisy and the cover broke very easily making it useless. This little one has even two option for processing. Just love it

I love it's small size, that it's extremely quiet, I really like the on/off button on the handle/lid, one of my FAVORITE features is the cord storage! An amazing machine. I'm thankful for this kitchenaid upgrade!

The only complaint I had at first was "how the heck do I open it without breaking it?" But then I relented and looked at the manual ;-)
I purchased this to replace an older mini processor when it's locking lid (which initiated power) broke off after it fell off from the countertop. Replacing the lid was not an option, it was (with shipping and tax added on) about the same as just getting a new unit (old unit plastic pieces recycled, motor/circuitry dropped off at an e-waste facility for metals extraction and recycling). When I unpacked this one, I noticed how beefy it was, just like my older one - I was nervous that a newer one would be flimsy, but it is not.
It's perfect for smaller food processing jobs including chopping, mixing, pureeing, even blending with minimal cleanup (dishwasher safe blade, cup and lid). The pour spout is something I didn't have on my old one, it's handy for pouring. The wrap-under cord feature is a plus. I also really like the drizzle feature, I now have another use to this type of machine and am looking forward to making some compound butters in the future without the mess of doing it all by hand :)
